Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss. The Directors are clueless about the work the lab staff do and can't give any support or help. The MD has ruined this company and has 3 or 4 favourites who are untouchable and can get away with anything they want. Very low H&S standards across all areas, poor quality in the labs - I'm glad I'm out

Management are a joke! Id your face don't fit your going to get no where!!.constantly sample results are going out the clients late due to machines being nakered and inadequate senior staff/management. If you cause to many issues for the business then they just pay you to leave,they don't like people sticking up for themselves.
