PTO benefits and remote work

Very high pressure, lack of teamwork and support, constant meetings that accomplish nothing and put you behind on work that needs to be done, push to send work overseas. They don’t seem to care about you as individual. If issues arise, they will tell you what you want to hear with no intent to follow through. We were brought to Cherry Bekaert through an acquisition, and I miss our old company culture. Wish we could go back.
