Nice people, benefits are ok Room for career growth Office is really nice with great amenities Company is growing which is a good thing

Middle management turnover is high, usually 1-2 years BIS (IT) is terribly understaffed Morale in the department is pretty low Upper management, CIO-1, can be difficult and it’s hurting the department overall
