Chess was great in assisting your career and really gaining an understanding of the work you do. It was a great environment to work in as everyone really helps when you are struggling but also pushes you to solve challenges on your own.

The range of work varies which is great but you can get caught up in the same type of projects. However, this really helps hone your skills and you become an expert in a specific field. I also wish there were more opportunities to fast track your career.
