Everything. This is the most corrupt, horrific institution. I often think about the torture I endured at your prison. I hope and pray for every single person stuck in their jail cell for 23 hours a day. I hope and pray they are finding a safe place within themselves so that they can remember they are human and deserve to get out of there. It’s so easy to forget when you are reduced to just another number and treated inhumanely by the prison staff. I hope and pray that things have changed and that they are no longer holding people in their cells for 23-24 hours a day. I won’t ever forget the torture I endured in your jail. I will see to it that things change in there. I will see to it that you never treat another human like that ever again. No one should suffer that kind of trauma at the hands of the criminal justice system. What a joke and pathetic excuse your jail is for “reform.” All your jail does is create more trauma for those individuals who are already suffering.
