1- The deadlines can be quite tight. It’s not a 9-to-5 "chill" job; you need to be ready to put in the hours, especially when project deliveries are due. 2- Management is quite rigid regarding office timing and internal protocols. There isn't much flexibility for remote work compared to other tech firms.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences.
