Good place if you want "to go along", not if you have own views. - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Chevron

There are few areas where unique points of view are accepted. My experience was that leaders were selected if they went along with the norm and as such most leaders are scared of employees with strong opinions and solid understanding of their function. Not a good place to call out when things are on the wrong track - despite the appearance of a culture that wants this behavior (stop work authority).
