Therapists carry heavy case loads and expected to stay until the job is done Things aren't fixed for clients when needed on the units; maintenance is over worked and things are left for months even after several requests are made and written. Intake department doesn't assess properly for patient needs Program Directors are used and abused then slandered in meetings after running several units or helping after hours. Environment as a whole is so negative; if you read patient complaints on social media you will understand. When asking about what documentation is needed or not even corporate struggles to figure out the standards. There is no electronic record keeping.
