2 weeks of sick time can roll over every year, above average pto, flexible management and culture. makes up for salary but overall great place to work with great people

some departments do bare minimum

I enjoyed my time at CFHC mainly due to the pleasant staff I worked with. I found other employees accommodating and happy to help me accomplish my duties. CEO Sherry Pace is a particularly likeable person. I would have remained there if a better-paying opportunity hadn't have come along.

The biggest downside, IMO, was the long commute. I lived near the Loop and traipsing down to South Chicago made for a rather long drive. I was happy for a hybrid schedule (not sure if that is still in place now).
