Great Team: The team I worked with was the best part of the job. They were talented, collaborative, and passionate about their work. Competitive Pay (Corporate): Pay for corporate roles was strong and competitive.

Poor Pay and Support in Schools: Pay for school-level staff was unacceptably low, especially considering the demands of the roles. Poor Leadership: Leadership lacked transparency and vision, often making reactive changes without clear communication or a long-term plan. High Turnover: There was constant turnover in leadership, which created instability and confusion across the organization. Negative Culture: The workplace culture was discouraging, with little regard for employee well-being or morale. Lack of Security: The frequent structural changes and poor communication led to a lack of job security, making the pay not worth the tradeoff. Abysmal Benefits: The benefits package was extremely lacking, failing to provide adequate support for employees.
