If you have a different view or opinion, you will then become topic of discussion amongst staff in meetings, and will continue to talk to about you whilst you are not present They all protect each other and will gang up to push people out, the people who don’t ’fit the mould’. Very cult like. Only work here if you would like to be radicalised, bullied and spoken about negatively. No work life balance at all
