The kids are by far the best part of Children's Learning Adventure! The facility itself is a great building with lots to offer.

The management is disorganized from the regional manager down to the directors and managers. It is a top down issue because corporate is in AZ and they aren't aware of the disorganization at the lowest level due to constant corporate requirements that can't be applied at each location. Parents are misinformed, managers expected to make decisions on a case by case basis having no precedent for which things are to be handled and then punished for asking questions to do their jobs better. Information is provided to staff and parents in a piece mail process that changes from day to day leaving everyone dissatisfied. Trust from top level management is non existent and staff are expected to follow strict protocols from corporate having no interaction with corporate at all. The corporate framework doesn't apply because despite centers looking the same and being expected to operate the same, each on is completely different and state to state licensing is different so they don't know their audiences very well. Not to mention, sales and numbers is constantly being hammered into your head from top down when education and the children should be first and foremost. Everything is paper based so information is lost and this causes confusion not to mention, is completely archaic when they are a "technological school." Not to mention, parents are lost as to how this place is focused on their children when it is constantly pushing sales initiatives at every turn. Disorganized and VERY stressful work environment overall.
