High turn over rate, under staffed, poor management , bad benefits and high ratios. - Recensione dipendente - Teacher presso Children's Learning Adventure

Very strict rules and awful/ uninteresting curriculum for the children. The ratios are out of control, and most times the classes have more kids than they are supposed to legally. The managers are uneducated and do not know what they are doing, and when you try and make the curriculum or environment better for the children you get in trouble. Bad pay, bad benefits, bad environment! The turn over rate is so high. I left over a year ago and my position still has not been filled. When there are issues in the class, you let the menagers know (never get fixed) something finally happens and the managers throw you under the bus. I finally left after one of the managers yelled at me for something silly. So happy out of that place!
