Managers are forced to meet unpredictable expectations. The corporate management team bullies the campus-level managers into performing ridiculous expectations, so that the CORPORATE management/hierarchy receives monthly bonuses. They force an insane amount of students in each room. Teachers are rarely ever given bathroom breaks, or they are made to wait more than 30 minutes after requesting breaks. The directors are brainwashed into building the school's enrollment, so they can get a bonus only after making each school gain 25 enrollments - and losing no more than 5 students each month. The school's leadership methodology is based on how many students can be enrolled to pile in each classroom to capacity. It's a messy, "favorite-picking" environment.
