In general, it's a good place to work. Pepole are nice. The hours are convenient (8:30–17:00), and there’s an option for lunch prepared by a chef. The work is manageable, with some free time available. I believe the balance between the workload and the benefits is quite fair.

However, there don’t seem to be significant career advancement opportunities. The workplace lacks basic facilities (not even milk for coffee), and the restrooms are not well-maintained. There are no company perks like happy hours or team-building events, and no company-sponsored vacations. Employees are limited to 14 vacation days per year, and there are no provisions for a company car or fuel allowance.
