      There is plenty of room to move up in the company so you just have to work really hard and you will get there.

      It's so busy and they run on a bare minimum staff, its hard to schedule people and to train others. They never taught me how to manage or anything like that no classes nothing. I just wing it.

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
