Expect to work long hours pass the 50 hours, calls on your days off by managers below and above, and pressured to work if managers call out. -Company is ever changing for customers and with more change comes more work added to your plate. -Company expects unrealistic time expectations to implement changes within store -They will give you a bad store and expect it to be fixed within a snap of a finger without giving proper team/resources to facilitate changes -Move up people not readily skilled for role causing others to pick up slack
