Cleaning the drain socks which are completely disgusting and the pay does not even come close to substantiate the disgust of pulling one of those dirty things out of the ground then having to rinse it clean. The fact you can get stuck by yourself for hours washing dishes alone in a smelly puddle of water because the drains continuously get clogged . Favoritism among managers and who will be promoted... Terrible scheduling where your schedule will come out 1 or maybe 2 days in advance and thats a big maybe... no work life balance , poor pay, you receive A raise 2x a year I believe it can range from 5 cents to 25 cents .... You can work so hard and really put everything you have into this job and the fact is if this store is run by people who are in somewhat of a clique environment you will not get ahead ...
