Free food. Coworkers that understood the struggle. Makes you strive for more since you are severely underpaid for the amount of work you do.

Svantaggi

Overworked. Unappreciated. Long hours with many tasks. Unrealistic expectations. There were days I went into work at 5AM and didn't leave till 3PM. No breaks. Sometimes had 70-80 hour work weeks.
