EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED - Recensione dipendente - Analyst presso Choice Hotels

Extremely understaffed--every Analyst and Sr. Analyst that treat their job seriously are overworked. No bonus for those that produce most of the work and get the company moving. VP treats his favorite analyst unfairly nice without any consequences. There is an award to recognize employee performance outside of bonus structure but there is no clear direction to encourage management to nominate their direct reports for the award. Hence, you have 1 person with 5 awards and others in another team with no awards whatsoever. Very touchy-feely kinda of environment. Very political.
