      General good working environment. Middle management and staff are competent and supportive.

      Very short term focused. Senior management is fixated on maximizing personal income during fairly brief tenure. Little investment in the brands.

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
