I went through probably 13 managers in the 7 years I worked at Choice Hotels. Upper management has no set direction and they would term entire areas (management and above) over the course of a few months if they felt like it. Pay was really low compared to market, not company equity was offered when I was there. No performance bonuses just "star awards"
