Great entry level place - Recensione dipendente - Property Coordinator presso Choice Property Management

This has been a great experience so far! There is a general positive, "we care" feel throughout the company. It is truly a team environment. The co-workers jump in and help each other throughout the departments all the time. You don't even need to ask, that's how we do things! People offer! One of the coolest things about the work environment is that the management has our back. If we are overwhelmed, they jump in and help with the tasks necessary. Also, if a client is unhappy, the issue is investigated, if it's established that it's not our fault, the managers quickly get involved and handle clients accordingly. I have had to do have some u pleasant conversations with folks before and it is very nice to know that if they are angry and hang up the phone, someone has my back! I love that I always know where I stand. We always get feedback (both good and bad) I never have to guess how I am doing. This has been a huge issue for me in the past. Also, love that the company celebrates work anniversary and holds parties!!! It's nice to have some time to chill out as a team! Small, enjoyable benefit is that we get paid on Black Fridays! Always a pleasure! Finally, there is the growth thing! The company seems to be consistently growing so the staff is being promoted and new positions are created. It seems that they create jobs based on company needs and peoples potential. This is good! I feel that there is serious opportunity for people like me that work hard to continue moving up in the industry!

It is a high standards environment. I have seen a lot of people get fired for relaxing during work. If you want to work a few hours out of the day, this is definitely not a place for you. Management sets high expectations and leaves us to it.

Hired to do associate-level work which quickly turned into management duties that were nowhere in the job description and didn't come with any pay bump. No remote work option. Benefits don't become available until 90 days in, no PTO--again, for management-level duties--until after 1 year.
