-I experienced sexism and witnessed it first hand. It was prevalent at all levels. They may promote women but the general culture does not respect women -Boys club mentality- you’ll never get ahead without being able to play golf with the higher ups. And you can’t play golf with them if you are a woman. -When it comes to culture it seems all they care about is if it photographs well for Facebook, not actually addressing the morale problem -Mid-level managers are promoted with no leadership or management training. Whatever training they’ve implemented over the last year has made little noticeable progress to retention or employee engagement. -Cut throat sales atmosphere only fueled further by letting sales managers break the rules of engagement with zero consequences. -A homemade CRM system that barely works. -Terribly low morale that effects people’s ability to do their job. It also means that some of your coworkers and their managers will be nasty to you (curse, roll their eyes, give sarcastic comments, etc). When you talk to your managers you are told “that’s just the way things are”.
