Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your time at Choptank. I’m sorry you did not have a positive experience during your time here and it’s true that working in sales isn’t for everyone. Related to your comments about training, we are working hard to expand our training for inside sales reps. While it can seem strange for an inside sales training program to focus the first 3 weeks of onboarding on the carrier sales function, we do this because it’s very important for an inside sales rep to understand the service we provide in order to effectively sell it. Selling a service as variable as ours is much different than selling a product. Our new reps have been very successful this year, but we can always get better.
