The leadership team are kind and empathetic people. Management handles tough decisions with genuine care for people. It's been great to see an ego-free culture of open communication and constant collaboration.

Workloads seem to be imbalanced within the staff and teams.

People here are genuinely passionate about Chorus’ mission. The work is meaningful and I appreciate being surrounded by others who truly care about the people and communities that will use these tools. On an individual level, the managers I’ve worked with have been supportive of my growth. Like many startups, there are definitely growing pains, shifting priorities, and rapid changes as the company evolves. I think leadership is actively working towards changes.
