Do not be fooled. An opinionated, aggressive and emotional CEO who has a reputation for politically driven outbursts, Continuously missed pay dates on all disbursements from regular pay, commissions, expenses etc. , Bait and Switch Tactics surrounding promotion and raises, Slow to make necessary changes for products, process, and compensation, Extremely low entry salary that is not competitive, Favoritism towards reps in high density areas and team leads, Team Leads are manipulative and unhelpful, HR is unprofessional and will not address ongoing issues, Poor Benefits, interdepartmental communication is passive and unproductive, feedback is welcomed and encouraged but transparency is non existent. Overall a lot of potential, but one of the most disappointing and upsetting experiences of my career.
