      Summer season is pretty boring selling patio furniture, but it's not bad. Small company where people want to keep their jobs, so the opportunity to move up the ladder is not big but not impossible.

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
