      Every shop feels like its own shop with the inventory and availability of other shops if you need a certain product. Lots of flexibility to help and make customers happy.

      Hard to move up, and lots of corporate oversight makes full time jobs hard to come by in mountain town.

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
