The company has weak and fake company values. Touts “respect” as a company values but treats employees terribly. The CEO often threatens to fire employees over the smallest things, blurs the line between professional and personal; often asks probing and uncomfortable personal questions. Cheap and makes crude joke. General attitude of not willing to accept new ideas. Rarely admits to being wrong. Likes to cast blame on anyone else but themselves and has no integrity.
