Targeting profit. Keep the Chubb name. Try to stick to and promote the old Chubb philosophy. Few old faces are still in the office, working hard to meet the new way.

The old Chubb is gone. This is ACE with a skin of Chubb. Lots of well-trained talents, decent managers and professionals are compelled to leave the company by putting irrational head on each old Chubb head. In Some areas, things are even worse, they hired a lots of ppl from tier 2,3 local companies to run the management team. Almost all the original department heads left the company with artificial pressure.

The IT organization struggles with structural challenges that impact efficiency.
