Like with many companies right now, staffing is an issue. However, this has been an on-going problem for some time, but management wants to make it seem like it is a new concern. They are doing a terrible job trying to fix the problem. Technology is TERRIBLE. They are constantly doing things to automate or make things easier - translation: getting rid of support personnel and putting more work on the examiners. This is why people have been leaving for years. There are career opportunities available if you are willing to be a "yes" person, do what management tells you to, smile all the time, brown nose, and never come up with different ideas or suggestions.
