Vantaggi
- Good pay - Direct supervisor was very good
Svantaggi
- Workload is extremely high and stressful due to constant employee turnover - Lack of work/life balance - Upper management micromanages a lot - Claims systems are very outdated and cumbersome to use and hinder adjusters to process work efficiently - Terrible onboarding/training program - Low adjuster authority makes the claim process for tedious and slow as you have to request authority/permission on nearly every action in the claim After my recruitment and onboarding it didn't take long for me to feel like I was sold a used car that broke down immediately after driving it off the lot. The recruitment at Chubb is all smoke and mirrors. The truth is that they do not onboard employees well at all to introduce you to the numerous outdated systems you use to process a simple claim. And once your brief onboarding/training is up, they will give you all the old work from adjusters that are constantly leaving. Worst of all is that Chubb management doesn't even care to remedy the issues to stop the constant turnover of employees. I'll end on this, I had a major life event that came up and I needed time off to handle it. Management denied my PTO request because they lack adequate staffing to handle claims is a very large market. In my time of need, Chubb was not there for me.
