People looking for the exit. Will leave the organization even more understaffed and new hires less likely to apply. - Bullies: Never heard so much cursing at staff from management /directors before. - Overtime: Brainwashed employees bragging about how much time they work on nights and weekends due to understaffing / mismanagement. - Disorganized: Always reactive, never proactive. Always putting out fires instead of organizing the department to function effectively. Ready, shoot, aim mentality.
