The pay seems to be standard or even a little higher. They help you find a place to live and with government documents when you first move there from abroad,
Svantaggi
They expect foreigners to be totally used to Korean work culture and do nothing to educate employees on how horribly overworked and undervalued lower ranking workers are in the company. They become hateful and passive aggressive towards you if you are ever sick. They get mad at you for teaching too slowly and making the students laugh too much or showing too many videos (more than 1 at the end of class) - then in the next second they get onto you for being "too strict" and say "you need to make your classes more fun" and complain that parents are complaining that the students say learning English isn't fun. The rules change like every day due to parent complaints and the admin refusing to stand their ground on policies so you never know what you're going to walk into. Just know this job is more birthday party clown and less educator.
