It is a reasonable environment to work in and the company does try to improve the social aspect. There are projects to work on which is stimulating for someone who thrives to surpass themselves, but at the same time, the workload is overall high. I do like my colleagues and this company as a whole, but there are some cons that need some improvement. Benefits such are good.

There are not many opportunities to grow. The promotion process is not clear and it seems random, not based on the employee experience but in fact how much effort your supervisor/manager will put to get you a promotion with HR. The salaries are not good when compared to other companies, although considering that the market is relatively limited, I understand the reason behind it but I do not agree. Vacation policy is not fair, they recently changed the policy which took into consideration previous experience, however, HR does not agree what previous experience should be taken into consideration and some employees got extra vacation and other did not. Overall poor management, when they have to step in to support you, they will not do it and will in fact wait until there is a bigger problem, there is a lack of communication and transparency in decisions being made by management, some departments benefit more than others for having a good supervisor and it can sometimes feel unfair, this has also happened in the same department with more than one manager.
