One particularly concerning decision was the appointment of a senior executive with close personal ties to the CEO, despite questions around relevant experience for the role. This move impacted internal morale and contributed to the departure of several highly capable team members. The overall environment feels increasingly driven by internal dynamics rather than merit, which can be discouraging for those hoping to make a meaningful impact. Despite many years in operation and multiple reorganizations, the company is still not profitable. Leadership appears to be scrambling in response, setting increasingly unrealistic goals and often taking a reactive approach to challenges, rather than addressing root issues head-on. Unfortunately, the current leadership team has not demonstrated the capability to guide the company toward sustainable growth or cultural stability.
