Company's culture is amazing. Everyone is respectful and friendly. I was able to feel at home within my first week of working here. Management is very easy to work with and ensures employees have a great work/life balance.

I really can't think of any Cons

1. Flexibility in terms of work hours & projects we get to work on 2. Freedom to choose the right tool for the problem 3. Friendly team members 4. We take time to have fun (outdoor activities, golf outings, team building activities etc) 5. Training and support for beginners

1. Too much healthcare focus. As a services company we should look into other domains as well
