I wanted to share some honest feedback based on my experience here, with the intention of being transparent and constructive.
While there are some positives, the work environment can feel challenging at times. There can be a sense that relationships with managers and visibility play a significant role in how employees are treated, and when you’re not part of a close inner circle, it can feel discouraging. In some cases, management can come across as more reactive than proactive, and ideas from frontline employees don’t always feel heard or valued.
This is difficult for me because I take a lot of pride in my work. I am a dependable employee, consistently meet my goals, maintain strong relationships with my hiring managers, and regularly receive positive feedback and reviews. I genuinely care about doing a good job and contributing to the team’s success.
I also want to clarify that I am not a disgruntled employee. I have worked in corporate environments and understand the need for flexibility, adaptability, and learning quickly in a fast-paced setting. However, everyone has limits, especially when it comes to feeling treated unfairly or seeing limited opportunities for growth.
One concern I’ve noticed is the lack of transparency and availability around internal movement. Many internal roles are not posted, and opportunities often seem to depend on who you know rather than a clear, accessible process. Additionally, with many roles shifting overseas, and constant layoffs, it can feel uncertain for employees who are hoping to grow within the company.
I believe this could be a great place to work, and that’s why I felt it was important to share this perspective. My hope is that this feedback can help support positive change and create a more inclusive, stable, and motivating environment for everyone.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
