8yHi there. This is Sue Marks and I wanted to respond directly to your post. Thanks for your dedicated service to Cielo and our clients. It’s really disheartening to me that such a tenured employee as yourself felt the need to leave the organization because of a lack of trust and confidence in your leaders and because you did not feel heard. I’m really sorry that your experience fell far short of what I expect from our company and our leaders.
I read every online review we receive and can assure you that all feedback is shared with our global and regional leadership teams. In 2018, we are engaging a systematic program to engage in more intensive employee listening, engagement and action planning sessions, as well as an even more comprehensive management training curriculum.
