Secret society management style and they need an overhaul of change management procedures. This company works on buddy systems and smoking mirrors. It has remote positions and management does nothing to create team culture. They hire when they’re backlogged and then lay off. Your coworkers will throw you under the bus to save themselves because there’s no job security. Cielo managers are clueless to what clients want. Therefore you are always in the dark. Benefits package is subpar.

Because of that, we equip employees and teams with the technology and resources they need to ensure everyone feels connected and has as consistent experience as possible. Our clients’ needs are also constantly evolving with changes in their business, the market, and the economy. They look to us to be a strategic partner, so we work with them to navigate the change.
