I’m pretty new to Cielo, but I can say with certainty that the experience you describe does not reflect our values, our culture, or the environment we are looking to create at Cielo. An employee’s first year with any company should set the tone for their career development, and well, it sounds like we missed the bar on giving you the proper foundation for growing your career with us.
With the rate of growth we are experiencing, change is definitely a constant. It can be exciting and exhausting at the same time, and we do our best to be transparent with our communications, to keep you up-to-date on all that’s happening, as proactively as we can – through internal email, Yammer, All Hands meetings, and team meetings. I’m glad you enjoy the flexibility of working remotely – we actually have more employees who work from home than in our Brookfield headquarters. Because of that, we equip employees and teams with the technology and resources they need to ensure everyone feels connected and has as consistent experience as possible.
Our clients’ needs are also constantly evolving with changes in their business, the market, and the economy. They look to us to be a strategic partner, so we work with them to navigate the change. The pace can be challenging at times, and maybe is not for everyone, but for me, the reward of what we do makes it all worthwhile.
