3yHi there, this is Marissa Geist, CEO. Reading this was such a great way to start my day. Thank you! I hear what you’re saying about benefits, and we have worked hard to enhance them and our total rewards package as we grow. We recently added flexible PTO, birthday time off, and increased our 401k match, and will continue to build on those. I hope that as our teams expand globally, that you are seeing less and less of the “silo’d” ways for working.
