2yHello, this is Marissa Geist, CEO. I appreciate the honesty in your feedback, it’s sad to read you feel the culture at Cielo has declined over the years. This is particularly disheartening as I personally believe our culture sets us apart in the industry.
I acknowledge that change can be challenging, and I apologize if you feel this has impacted your trust and transparency of myself and my leadership team. I read the reviews we receive, and I can assure you that we take these comments seriously and are committed to addressing each of them. And I absolutely agree that trust and transparency extend to both our internal teams and clients.
It’s disappointing that your personal situation led to miscommunication – it’s always our intention to support all our people and recognize their efforts regularly and I apologize that you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed.
