      1) Job is not secure here, if you don't work accordingly you will get fired 2) Managers wants you to know everything from Day 1 without proper On the Job training 3) Very slow growth. You have to wait for years to move to the next position no matter how much efforts you put in. 4) Deduction in bonus.
