Not a bad company to work for - Recensione dipendente - Developer presso Cimetrix

Thanks for this feedback. Since it was posted in 2015, the company has incorporated a series of core values that we hold ourselves accountable for. As part of this we share in a monthly meeting the strategy of the company, our challenges and opportunities, and a report on how we are progressing against goals. We recently launched Cimetrix Academy, our in house training function, to help train managers on leadership to help make the transition into management easier on everyone.
