The Support team has made significant strides in enhancing the customer experience over the past year. Leaders are hands-on, supportive, and successfully drive key company initiatives without compromising on culture or service quality. Product feedback from customers and partners is truly valued. The company actively listens, adapts, and pushes to stay competitive—consistently raising the bar with new features and improvements.

You can gain experience working with difficult egos and bad attitudes. You can learn to operate in a pressure cooker if that’s your thing. High pressure, no rewards.

Leadership talks a lot about support, transparency, and culture, but it’s all for show. Employees are left to struggle alone while impossible promises are made to clients and internal teams. When things fall apart, blame is pushed down to frontline staff. Toxic behavior is tolerated, work-life balance is nonexistent, and PTO is punished. Don’t be fooled by the positive first impression—this place will drain you and discard you.
