Constant misgendering faced from management and a particular employee that she kept around despite knowing that she was a regular rule breaker. My former manager was constantly changing and bending the rules around trivial things and creating a hostile work environment for the employees that she did not favor, blaming stuff on people who didn’t even do anything, not taking responsibility and gaslighting you when you call them out on it, not properly training employees and expecting them to know what to do in every situation despite that, just horrible all around.
