I learned so much from Cindy Riccio and CRC that I still use in my business today. Working for CRC gave me the foundation to start my own company. Cindy is a tough boss, but it's the kind of tough that makes you stronger. She inspires you to be better because she does not and will not baby you. If you mess up, she's going to tell you and teach exactly how you messed up and demand better the next time. That is life, life is not easy but all we can do is better the next time.
