      - Great work space - Free snacks and periodic employee lunches - Good product - Interesting industry and verticals - Bring your dog to work - Fast growth (this can be a con also) - Lots of quirky personalities - Flexible schedules - Most of the employees are intelligent and care about their jobs

      - Co-founders do not get along or agree on much - A lot of work spread between too few resources - People are "disappeared" frequently and you MAY get an email saying it was so-and-so's last day today - Roadmap is driven by Dave, the CEO, rather than by market analysis - Constant flow of new products does not allow time to get it right - Pay and benefits are not competitive with much of market
