Constantly looking for ways to add new products, brands, enhance existing products, etc. and do it very quickly. Great at adjusting to current market needs and getting products to the market quickly.

Very driven by their stock price and shareholders and making a profit over focusing on customers and improving their service model. Always innovating and adding new brands and products, but rarely doing anything to improve the actual service, which makes it hard to justify premium prices. Very old school and traditional culture. Uptight. Need sales people to be much more upfront with the contracts that customers are signing. Way too often customers have no idea just what they are signing up for when they sign their contract which can and does lead to obvious issues.
